At first I was disappointed with the time that was taken, but it was the week of Christmas and I was getting very edgy. They did an excellent job plus they did a little extra. I am very happy with the job that was performed and recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right the first time. Hey I even got the owner to smile at the end and that made me feel good.
My experience with AAMCO Riverside was altogether good. The staff was very professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I found this place by random google and made a phone call after I had engine check light on and was turned down by another mechanical with the problem code 700 and 715. Adrian answered and offered a afree test. At that time I thought I would either dump the car or pay over $500 to fix the engine and transmission. After 2 or 3 hours test, Adrian told me it would cost $311 to fix the transmission problem. I was glad to allow him to go ahead to fix it. It turned out to be a better price when he found the job was easier and gave me a discount of $59. Very professional and honest! I will definitely recommend them to others!
I haven't been here since 2010 and I was dreading bringing my car back because my last experience was just terrible. However, after getting my car back last week I have to admit that this shop did a total 180! Adrian, service manager, is awesome. He'll patiently help you out with whatever trouble-shooting you need done. I'll definitely be bringing in my BMW here instead of the stealer-ship next time.

I had my transmission rebuilt from these guys and it seemed to be a good job. After 18 months and 33000 miles though, it stopped shifting. Now, being out of warranty, I negotiated with Chris(owner) and he gave me a good price for the repair and threw in the extended warranty for extra measure.
First time having to use the vehicle warranty to replace transmission called AAMCO and they scheduled me an appointment took my vehicle in and they took it from there they contacted my warranty company and did all the necessary actions to get my vehicle on the road again both of the office staff were very informative Alex and Estella will be returning again for my transmission service intervals.
By far the most honest mechanics I have run into. Clear communication despite long wait times. Try getting there early.

I had an unexpected emergency with my car and I took it to the AAMCO on Market in Riverside, CA. It was the best decision. From the very start Estella and Alex went above and beyond to help me with everything from how to cover the cost to making my car run better than ever before. They even made sure the work was done efficiently and quickly saving me money on my rental car. I can’t say enough good things about this AAMCO and the great people who work there. I will always come back!
